Research was conducted by a team of experts in public international law, representing institutions in England, Ireland, Israel, the West Bank, and South Africa. The study was supported by the Middle East Project of the Democracy and Governance Programme, a research division of the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC), South Africa.
