Occupied Jerusalem – The Nasser Salahuddin Brigades, armed wing of the popular resistance committees, on Monday declared the kidnap of an Israeli settler in the West Bank but would not divulge details for the time being for security reasons.
The PRC website published on Monday news of the abduction in a qualitative operation dubbed “Cavaliers’ wrath”.
It said that the operation was one in the series of retaliatory strikes to the Israeli assassination of both the PRC secretary general and the armed wing’s general commander in the Gaza Strip and to avenge the Israeli savage murder of the Ghalia family on Gaza beach and all Palestinian martyrs.
“We prefer to remain silent at present and let the enemy get more and more confused,” the PRC armed wing, which has no much activity in the West Bank, said in its statement.
Three armed wings, including the Nasser Salahuddin Brigades, abducted an Israeli soldier in the Gaza Strip in a qualitative raid on Sunday that also killed two other soldiers.
